- WLAN - Internet connection in each apartment and on the whole property

- Parking space on the private property

- Final cleaning.

Extra person in 2+2 apartments EUR 20 per night (from 12 years old).

Baby bed: EUR 30 per stay

Extra towel change € 10,00 per person

Extra change of bed linen € 20,00 per person

Dogs (please enquire) € 10,00 per night

If heating is necessary (floor heating), then € 12 per night will be charged separately.

Moncioni - here in the picture - a small village just about one kilometer away from Ventena Vecchia - has a small store where everything for daily life is available. In addition, there you can enjoy wonderful aperitifs!

Montevarchi is down in the Arno valley about 6 km away and offers many possibilities for shopping, from the big shopping center to the farmer's market, to the small and smallest food and specialty stores.
