Our apartment Roseto offers an impressive view to the south on the Chianti mountains and over the wide Arno valley. The apartment with 36 m² is ideal for a vacation for two. It is located on the 1st floor above the large panoramic terrace and is accessible via an outside staircase.

The living area has comfortable seating and a reading chair. A B&O TV with SAT-TV and a small music system can be used for your media needs. Of course, Internet is also available free of charge in the apartment and outside via WLAN.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes. At the window is a dining table and two chairs for pleasant meals for two - if it should not be outside sometimes.

The bathroom with hand-painted tiles has a spacious shower and washbasin made of travertine. WC, bidet and sink are made of Villeroy & Boch ceramic.

The bedroom with its rose design and unplastered quarry stone walls is very romantic. The bed (180x200 cm) with separate mattresses promises healthy sleeping comfort.

On the large shared panoramic terrace you have your private space with enough distance. There you will enjoy the magnificent view of the Chianti mountains and the wide Arno Valley all the way beyond Arezzo.

- Parking space on the private property

- Final cleaning.

Extra person in 2+2 apartments EUR 20 per night (from 12 years old).

Baby bed: EUR 30 per stay

If heating is necessary (floor heating), then € 12 per night will be charged separately.
